E.L.I.T.E Biography

Born and raised in the lower east side of Manhattan, New York as Emmanuel Figueroa. Who grew up as an only child listening to hip hop and picked up rapping at age 12. Influences include past and present artists such as Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Big L, Notorious B.I.G, Big Pun, Eminem, Kanye West, and Tupac. Graduate of East Side Community High School, E.L.I.T.E has opened up for KRS-ONE, Maino , IAMSU!, Snoop Dogg, been on the same bill as Diggy Simmons (Rev Run's Son) and Rev Run, and performed along side Analog Fire on their North American Tour. He Released his first mix-tape "The Freshman" in 2010 when he was only 17 years old. Still GRINDIN!
